I have said it before but now I am really going to try to make shorter posts like I used to do.... I promise.... (my fingers may or may not be crossed).
While at the zoo today I was experiencing one of those blissful mommy days where the kids were enjoying themselves, behaving overall, the weather was nice and I didnt have anything to rush to afterwards. While in my mommy utopia I felt led to take a picture of little man enjoying some latin music while sitting still. It was then that I realized little man's ability to smile on cue was... well... um.... eh.... lacking. Let's see the attempts-

Take 2, (not what I was looking for but I can see the effort all over you face)-

Take 4, (we are definitely going in the wrong direction)-

Lets try another child.... baby girl, Take 1 (nice, nice)-
If you are wondering, these are pretty much in true order. I did get something close in the end after asking him to say cheese, instead of asking him to smile

House progress, I purchased the 'bead board' plywood to start the under the kitchen peninsula project. This is a bigger encouragement than you might think since getting to the store is sometimes harder than doing actual work in the house.
Just needs to be cut and painted.
